'No Crime' is the Biggest Crime ...

'NO CRIME' IS THE BIGGEST CRIME

Crime is necessary for the development of the country. Do as much crime as you can. Your country is crying for crime. We all should contribute to crime. Crime is a very  good thing. Don’t worry, dear friends, these catchy lines where meant just for pulling crowds. But as a person on invitation of meals must be served with something, I start my sermon.

Actually , I meant to say that you can’t say that you don’t do crimes. Crime is inevitable. It will happen. Just as good deeds are. Even Balmiki pronounced RAM while harping on pronouncing ‘MARAMARAMARA”.

Crime is nothing but another face of good deed. Same deed of yours is good deed for someone and crime for others For example, when a man loves a woman it is a good deed for her but in the eyes of other woman who aspires to get love from that particular man this deed of him is crime.

And in this haze of crime and no-crime, there happens unwarranted intrusion of Laws and Acts who come with their so-called lucid explanations and definitions. I feel lucky that I have not studied Laws so far and perhaps won’t read in future. For removing doubts they pile up lots of voluminous books. In my view, Laws have only one good feature with them and this is that they NEVER CONTAIN POETRY. They are essentially prose and mostly prosaic. Well, sorry for my diversion like Gurus on Religious TV channels.

So, you can’t get rid of crime. May be if you are extremely intellectual you would be able to put forward innovative explanations of Rules which will exempt you from your crimes and you would be able to prove that you did not do crime but in reality you would be doing one more crime of cherishing a fallacy.

Dear friend, in real sense, crime is not a subject-matter of  Laws. Laws are for moderating or at most controlling the behaviour of mankind with a purpose to align it to the benefit of public. But crime is a very exhaustive term and listing it's constituents  completely is beyond the capacity of Law Books. Different a man, different is crime and different a condition, again different is crime.

So, it is a big vanity to claim that one has not committed a crime  At most, he may claim that he never liked doing a crime and he could not recognise his crime for some or other reasons.

Now, the question arises, does it mean that there is no way to buy psychological relief that one is not committing a crime. No, it is not so. You may workably build a notion for your internal self that you don’t do such works for others which hurt yourself and at least then you can claim before your conscience that you have not done any crime. Again, never make such a statement in outer world because even by that you might be doing a crime for several other persons.

Just believe that you are a selfish person and so you care only for your own conscience. I just suggest you to become a truly selfish person. A truly selfish person will care for his conscience and If it says your act is OK, well and good. Otherwise....you would be joining the rat race.

  1. Loved it:
"...it is a big vanity to claim that one has not done a crime At most, he may claim that he never liked doing a crime..."
After all, nothing is absolute in the man-made world. And laws relate to the complex, artificial world that the man has created for itself. Nice blog!

  2. Thanks Prashant for your nice comment. Of course, following law or better put it as not being guilty in eyes of Law does not mean one is faultless. He is faultless only when he did his best in eyes of himself and he can claim this in his pure silence.
